Korsør - surrounded by water

Korsør is almost surrounded by water. The town is located by the Great Belt and Korsør Nor, the two parts of Town, Korsør og Halsskov, is connected with a bridge. The water is a big part of the town; here are many great experiences both at the beach and in the water. The yachting harbor is also only 5 minutes from the center of town.

The Marina is beautifully situated near the Great Belt Bridge and is a modern Marina with the facilities needed to make the stay enjoyable.

The historical Korsør

The king Erik of Pommern gave Korsør the rights of royal borough in 1425, and in decades the town was a passage to Fyn, until the Bridge over the Great Belt came in 1998.
